    بررسی تاثیر برنامه آموزشی مهارت‌ های هوش هیجانی بر استرس تحصیلی دختران نوجوان

     

    مقدمه و هدف: مسایل خانوادگی و تحصیلی از عمده‌ترین علل استرس نوجوانان می‌باشد. بطوری که یک سوم دانش‌آموزان استرسی بیش از متوسط را تجربه می‌‌کنند. استرس در موسسات تحصیلی موضوع مهمی در دوران تحصیل فرد می‌باشد. در صورتی که به خوبی کنترل نشود، می‌تواند اثرات مثبت و منفی زیادی داشته باشد. یکی از مهارت‌های مفید جهت مدیریت استرس مهارت‌های هوش هیجانی است. هدف از این مطالعه تعیین تأثیر برنامه آموزشی مهارتهای هوش هیجانی بر استرس تحصیلی دختران نوجوان بوده است.

    مواد و روش‌ها: مطالعه‌ از نوع تجربی همراه با پیش‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون با گروه کنترل بود. دو دبیرستان دخترانه از بین هر طبقه‌ در دسته‌بندی آموزش و پرورش به صورت تصادفی انتخاب و در گروه آزمون و کنترل قرار گرفتند. در مجموع 50 دانش‌آموز که دارای معیار ورود به مطالعه بودند در گروه آزمون و 50 نفر در گروه کنترل قرار گرفتند و به پرسشنامه استرس تحصیلی گادزلا پاسخ گفتند. سپس واحدهای گروه مداخله به مدت 6 جلسه 90 دقیقه‌ای تحت آموزش مهارتهای هوش هیجانی قرار گرفتند. 2 هفته پس از پایان مداخله، مجددا دانش‌آموزان هر دو گروه پرسشنامه مذکور را تکمیل نمودند. داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS و آزمونهای من‌ویتنی، تی‌زوج و مستقل، مجذور کای و .... مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.

    نتایج: میانگین نمرات عوامل استرس‌زای تحصیلی در بعد استرس ناشی از تعارضات فشارها تغییرات و استرس خودتحمیلی پس از مداخله در گروه آ زمون کاهش معنی‌داری داشت (05/0 p<). میانگین نمرات در گروه آزمون بعد از مداخله افزایش معنی‌دار داشت. در بعد واکنش به استرس میانگین نمرات دختران گروه آزمون بعد مداخله کاهش معنی‌داری یافت(05/P<0 )

    نتیجه‌گیری: از آنجا که برنامه بهداشت مدارس یک بخش تلفیقی از بهداشت جامعه است، جنبه اصلی این برنامه ها، توسط پرستار بهداشت جامعه در زمینه‌های نظارت، مشاوره و آموزش بهداشت انجام می‌شود . پرستاران بهداشت جامعه نقشی محوری جهت تامین سلامت و بهداشت جسمی و روانی دانش‌آموزان در قالب مربی بهداشت مدرسه، دارند. لذا می‌توان نتایج این مطالعه را به پرستاران بهداشت مدرسه بازخورد نمود.

    بیان مسأله :

    در قرن حاضر "استرس" یکی از مهم‌ترین زمینه‌های پژوهش در علوم مختلف به شمار می‌آید و اهمیت رویدادهای استرس‌زا در بروز مشکلات متعدد فردی و اجتماعی بر کمتر کسی پوشیده است (1). سازمان بهداشت جهانی انتظار دارد که اختلالات مرتبط استرس در سال 2020 بعنوان دومین علت شایع ناتوانی در میان ملت‌ها تبدیل شود (2). استرس بخش انکارناپذیر زندگی روزانه است که می‌تواند بهداشت جسم و روان را متاثرکند(1) و شاید عمومی‌ترین مساله زندگی روزمره انسان باشد، بطوری که گروهی از صاحب نظران آن را بیماری شایع قرن نامگذاری کرده‌اند. دوران ما، عصر استرس و فشارهای عصبی است، دوره‌ای که در آن انسان بیش از هر زمان دیگری در معرض عوامل ایجاد‌کننده استرس قرار گرفته و مسائل و مشکلات بیشماری از هر طرف او را احاطه کرده است (3). نقش استرس‌ های روانی – اجتماعی، همواره به عنوان یکی از مهم‌ترین عوامل پیدایش و شکل گیری بیماری‌های مختلف جسمانی، روانی و مرگ و میر افراد مطرح بوده‌ است(4).

    در بسیاری از پژوهش‌ها، مواردی از قبیل زخم معده، دیابت، آسم، اختلالات پوستی، بی خوابی، سندرم روده تحریک پذیر، اضطراب، بیماری‌های کرونر قلبی، میگرن، سردردهای عصبی، تبخال عفونی و ویروسی، عفونت‌های اداری، تومور، فراموشی، هراس، افزایش کلسترول خون، تندخویی و پرخاشگری و ریزش مو را از جمله بیماری‌های ناشی از استرس تلقی شده اند(4 و 5). همچنین ارتباط بین استرس و انواع آسیب‌های اجتماعی به ویژه مصرف سیگار، الکل و مواد مخدر در پژوهش‌های متعدد مورد تائید قرار گرفته است. نکته مهم آن است که استرس‌ها نه تنها در شروع و عود بیماری، بلکه در امر درمان این اختلالات نیز تاثیر بسزایی دارند (6). بر پایه برآورد پزشکان، 75 درصد از شکایات پزشکی، استرس می باشد(1). طبق برآورد سازمان جهانی بهداشت در سال 2002 میلادی، حدود 1500 میلیون نفر در جهان، دچار یکی از اختلالات عصبی، روانی و روانی- اجتماعی‌اند ، که حدود نیمی از آنها را اختلالات خفیف روانی ، همچون افسردگی و اضطراب ، شامل می‌شود و نزدیک به 20 درصد از کل مراجعان به مراکز بهداشتی عمومی در جهان را تشکیل می‌دهند (1و3).

    علی‌رغم وجود فشارهای روانی در تمام مراحل زندگی ، برخی از مراحل، از جمله نوجوانی بدلیل رویارویی با تغییرات همه جانبه با فشار بیشتری همراه است. دوران بلوغ در بیشتر نوجوانان همراه با فشار و استرس می‏باشد. این فشارها باعث بروز هیجان‏ها، مشکلات عاطفی و گاهی روانی برای آنها می‏شود. نوجوان در مسیر رشد خود با مسائل متفاوتی روبه‌رو شده و سعی در کسب مهارت برای مقابله با رویدادهای زندگی را دارد (7).

     

     

    برخی مطالعات در آمریکا نشان داده‌اند که بیش از یک سوم (35 %) نوجوانان استرس دارند(8). انجمن روانشناسی آمریکا در سال 2000 میزان شیوع اختلالات اضطرابی در سنین نوجوانی و جوانی را از 2 تا 27 درصد گزارش کرده است و اعلام می‌دارد که حدود 35 درصد کودکان آمریکا مشکلات سلامتی مرتبط با استرس را تجربه می‌کنند (9) .

    همچنین اطلاعات آماری در برخی مطالعات نشان می‌دهد که تقریبا 25 درصد از نوجوانان حداقل یک مورد از موارد استرس‌زای زندگی را در این دوره حساس و مهم زندگی خود تجربه خواهند کرد(10). اغلب نوجوانان هنگامی که با موقعیت خطرناک، دشوار یا دردناک روبرو می شوند و امکاناتی برای مقابله ندارند، استرس زیادی را تجربه می‌کنند. استرس بر برخی از نوجوانان فشار بیش از حد تحمیل می‌کند. وقتی این اتفاق می‌افتد، عدم مدیریت استرس می‌تواند منجر به اضطراب، گوشه‌گیری، پرخاشگری، بیماری جسمی و مهارت‌های مقابله ای نادرست، مثل سوءمصرف موادگردد (12).  نقش تجارب استرس‌زا در تکامل نوجوان به روشی که آنها بکار می‌برند تا با استرس و مشکلات سازگار شوند، بستگی دارد. پاسخ‌های سازگارانه به استرس ممکن است برخی تجارب استرس‌زا و میزان اختلالات گذرای ناشی از آن را کاهش دهد. در حالی که سایر الگوهای سازگاری ممکن است باعث افزایش میزان استرس و پیامدهای وخیم و طولانی مدت شوند (13).

    عواملی وجود دارند که در تکوین شخصیت کودکان و نوجوانان مؤثر می‌باشند از جمله «خانواده ، مدرسه ، اجتماع ، دوستان» و اگر این عوامل نتوانند هر کدام وظیفه خود را به نحو احسن انجام دهند، می‌توانند مهمترین عامل مؤثر در فشار روانی نوجوانان محسوب شوند)14). پژوهش‌ها نشان می‌دهند که مسایل خانوادگی و تحصیلی از عمده‌ترین علل نگرانی و استرس روانی در کودکان و نوجوانان می‌باشد. نوجوانان و کودکان سن مدرسه، بیان می‌کنند که عوامل استرس‌زای زیادی را در زندگی روزانه‌شان تجربه می‌کنند. بطوری که یک سوم دانش‌آموزان استرسی بیش از متوسط را تجربه می‌‌کنند. موسسات آموزشی شرایط متفاوتی نسبت به سایر موسسات غیر آموزشی دارند و لذا نوع، علل، میزان استرس و همچنین پیامد ناشی از آن، متفاوت می‌باشد(11).

    تکالیف درسی، فشار همسالان، امتحان دادن، گرفتن نمرات ضعیف، زورگویی در مدرسه، امتحانات نهایی و فشار والدین و ایزوله اجتماعی دیر رسیدن به سر کلاس، تنبیه یا سرزنش آموزگار، شکست در امتحانات و عقب ماندن از همکلاسی‌ها از اموری هستند که در مدرسه موجب فشار روانی در دانش آموزان می‌گردند. فشار روانی مرتبط با مدرسه ممکن است در اثر مشکلات روابط بین‌فردی مانند تضاد و درگیری با دوستان و سایر دانش‌آموزان، معلمان و یا بدلیل فشار تکالیف مدرسه و ترس

     

    از  شکست و عدم دستیابی با اهداف تحصیلی باشد.انتقال از دوره راهنمائی به دبیرستان نیز ممکن است یک تجربه استرس‌زا برای بسیاری از دانش‌آموزان باشد. بیگرت، ساگرزو واندن‌گورگزارش کردند که دانش‌آموزانی که در طول مدت انتقال از راهنمائی به دبیرستان نشانه‌های استرس را نشان داده‌اند، تاکید داشته‌اند که احساس عدم اعتماد و ناراحتی آنها بدلیل عوامل استرس‌زایی مانند برنامه درسی فشرده، ساعات طولانی، سیستم نمره‌دهی پیچیده و کیفیت تکالیف درسی بوده است (15،16و17) . 

    بنابراین می‌توان نتیجه گرفت یکی از منابع ایجاد فشار روانی و انتظارات از نوجوان، مدرسه و شرایط تحصیلی می‌باشد که می‌تواند منبع بزرگی از استرس که به عنوان استرس تحصیلی[1] شناخته شده است، لحاظ گردد. تعاریف متعددی درباره استرس مطرح شده است که در یکی از آنها کینگ و همکاران استرس را به عنوان هیجانی منفی که به تردید درباره مقابله مربوط است، تعریف کرده‌اند. به نظر می‌رسد که این تعریف با استرس در حوزه تحصیلی ارتباط نزدیکی داشته باشد ، چرا که از دانش‌آموزان به طور فزاینده‌ای انتظار می‌رود با حجم بالایی از تکالیف مواجه شوند و این مسئله می‌تواند زمینه تردید درباره " خود " را فراهم کند. استرس تحصیلی به احساس نیاز فزاینده به دانش و به طور همزمان، ادراک فرد مبنی بر نداشتن زمان کافی برای دستیابی به آن دانش اشاره می‌کند (18و 12).

    عملکرد مناسب در مدرسه از پرفشارترین و دشوارترین جنبه زندگی جوانان و نوجوانان است. این دوران در زمینه تحصیل سرنوشت‌ساز است. نوجوانانی که می‌خواهند به جائی برسند، عزمشان را جزم می‌کنند و درس و مدرسه را مرکز و مدار تلاش خود قرار می‌دهند. به‌این‌ترتیب در این زمینه نیز نوجوانان با تنش‌های فروانی روبه‌رو هستند (19). مهارت‌های پیشرفته تحصیلی در مدرسه کسب می‌شوند و مدرسه به دانش‌آموزان بیشترین اطلاعات شغلی و دانشگاهی داده می‌شود (5).

    مطالعه ملی چین در سال 2008 نشان داد که 7/66 درصد نوجوانان دبیرستانی مدرسه را به عنوان بزرگترین منبع استرس خود معرفی می‌نمایند. همچنین مطالعه دیگر در ویتنام در سال 2009 نشان داد که میزان فشار ناشی از فعالیت‌های تحصیلی در میان نوجوانان 40 تا 60 درصدگزارش شده است (20).طبق نتایج پژوهشی در تهران ،72 درصد از کودکان و نوجوانان 16- 7 ساله، استرس‌هایی را مطرح کردند که با تکالیف و فعالیت‌های مدرسه مرتبط بوده‌اند (16).

     

     

     

    Introduction: Family and school issues are the main causes of teen stress. So that one-third of middle school students who experienced more stress. Stress in academic institutions is an important subject in school. If not handled properly, can have positive and negative effects too. One of the useful skills for stress management, emotional intelligence skills. The aim of this study was to determine the impact of curriculum skills of emotional intelligence on academic stress and adolescent girls are.

    Materials and Methods: In an experimental study two groups before and after training, two high school girls from each class randomly selected categories of education and intervention groups. Each of the 50 students enrolled in grade school that the inclusion criteria were selected and academic stress Gadzla responded to the questionnaire. The 90-minute sessions for 6 units in the intervention group were trained in emotional intelligence skills. 2 weeks after the intervention, students in both groups again completed the questionnaire. Data were analyzed by SPSS software using Mann Whitney test, paired T-independent, chi-square and etc, were analyzed.

    Results: After the intervention of academic stress and the stress response decreased significantly in women who received the intervention (p<0/0001). If the scores of academic stress responses and the control group were girls.

    Conclusion: Emotional intelligence skills training programs should be used in schools because it helps to inform students of their emotional states. Schools and teachers should teach teenagers how to manage emotions, interact with respect and care they are good models to reinforce this behavior. It deals not only educated person should be able to take advantage of their academic learning, but as a citizen, as well as their social responsibility to act.
